If there is one thing I have learned as a novice parent of a teenager, it is that I am still learning. My years of experiences have helped me to realize I must be a better listener in order to be a better parent. I, as many adults do, mistakenly believed age and experience gave me insight into understanding my son and his generation. This site was created to "open" the lines of communication between parents and their children, as well as parent to parent, to share thoughts on a variety of topics. Visitors are encouraged to:
